We ship orders in the order that they are received.
Orders usually ship in 24-48 hours.
However we can not guarantee the exact time and date your order will be shipped.
In the event that the item you order happen to became out of stock,
this will add 3-5 business days to the processing of your order.

All orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS and the packages are insured. NO USPS

PO Boxes and APO/FPO must ship by US Mail and are NOT insured (meaning we do not credit for lost or damaged US Mail packages)

All of our Priority Mail packages have delivery confirmation numbers at no extra charge (not available with APO/FPO)

Canadian Customers

International packages can be shipped by FedEx or US Airmail. We do not credit for packages seized or rejected by customs authorities.

The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes that are due when the package arrives.

Retrun and Refund Policy

All sales are final - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

All claims for defects, damaged shipments or missing products must be received within 5 days of delivery.

You must contact us within 12 days if a package is missing and has not been delivered.

All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective products, please use this form.
(include your order number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return)

Shippping charges are not refundable.

Returning Defect Items
- Defects are replaced with the exact same item only.
- Products MUST BE UNUSED. We do not accept returms of used products under any circumstances.
- Products must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Products should be sent by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail. We will not refund for returns sent through the mail that never show up.
Please make sure to include order number as the RA#, your name, etc... with the return.
We can not refund you if we can not figure out who the order belongs to too!
Receiving Wrong Item or Missing Item ?
Please contact us by using this form.
If you receive wrong item, please DO NOT send it back until we send you correct item.
We will send you return labels with correct item to send the incorrect item back.
